We will replace the product(s) or issue refunds if the product is delivered to you only these conditions below:
Wrong Product: If you get the wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us via email within 2 days of receipt of order. Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded.
Defective Product: For a defective product, please notify us via email within 2 days of receipt of order. Upon return, if defective item is confirmed, a replacement will be shipped to you or a refund.
All returns must be pre-authorized. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If you feel that you have received a wrong or defective item,
please notify us via email (within 2 days of receipt) at: Marsondast48@aol.com to receive a RA (Return Authorization) Number.
All merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact including jewelry pouches, jewelry boxes and appraisal, when applicable. Also include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip, if any. Do not write any jewelry related words on the outside of the box or the shipping label. If return is approved, the customer will be reimbursed for return shipping cost.

For your security, please return your product with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Forever Chic Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Upon receipt of your return, we will contact you informing you of such receipt and time frame for replacement or refund.
