Wrong Product: If you get the wrong product due to shipper's error, please notify us via email within 10 days of receipt of order. Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded.
Defective Product: For a defective product, please notify us via email within 10 days of receipt of order. Upon return, if defective item is confirmed, a replacement will be shipped to you or a refund.
All returns must be pre-authorized. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If you feel that you have received a wrong or defective item,
please notify us via email (within 10 days of receipt) at: Marsondast48@yahoo.com to receive a RA (Return Authorization) Number.
The original receipt/invoice/packing slip must accompany the items. All merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact including jewelry pouches, jewelry boxes and appraisal, when applicable. Do not write any jewelry related words on the outside of the box or the shipping label. If the return is approved, the customer will be reimbursed for return shipping cost.
For your security, please return your product with an insured courier (e.g., UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. Forever Chic Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Upon receipt of your return, we will contact you informing you of such receipt and time frame for replacement or refund.
