Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days after order is placed. 
In rare cases where the item you ordered is not in stock, we will ship as soon as item is available. Packages under 0.5 lbs. will be shipped via USPS; packages 0.5 lbs. and over will be shipped via UPS.  Hawaii and Alaska:  Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority.

When your order is shipped, you will receive via email a confirmation. Ordering Tracking is offered which is located on the left side in the category area.

If we have a question with your order, we will hold shipment until you can be contacted.

We do not ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses. At this time we are unable to ship to International countries.
